1: BJ Factory exclusively employs an IP vacuum gold-wrapping process: high-speed deposition of ionized metal particles in a vacuum environment creates a dense, highly adhesive gold layer. This distinguishes it from the standard electroplating found in other "letter factories" (which suffer from rapid oxidation and severe color loss), effectively resolving all common flaws found in mass-market versions.

2: The entire watch is constructed from 904L steel, offering extreme corrosion resistance, rugged durability for long-term use, and a finish that retains its quality over time. On the two-tone bracelet, the gold sections are finished to match the original, ensuring no "white edges" (unplated steel) are visible on the sides—correcting a common flaw seen in other factory versions.

3: BJ Factory uses a custom-made brass dial base, finished with an enamel process to create a black or blue lacquered surface. The black dial of the two-tone model is created by firing multiple layers of enamel glaze, resulting in a refined matte texture; the blue dial of the two-tone model achieves a deep, rich blue hue through a specialized glaze formula. Hour markers and hands are filled with premium imported luminous material (long-lasting "Ice Blue" glow). The hands undergo superior finishing: sharp, clean edges with absolutely no burrs.
